The patient had breast implants over 15 years ago. She had capsular contracture (scar tissue formation) around her breast implants and rupture of her silicone implants. The scar tissue distorted her breasts especially on the right breast. We removed her silicone implants and the scar tissue and replaced them with inspira soft touch cohesive silicone implants. She is 6 months after surgery.
