This patient is a young woman with breast cancer genetic mutation. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction in a single surgery. Her nipples were saved and we hid her incision in her breast crease. Both her breasts were reconstructed with silicone implants. She is 1 year after surgery.
