The patient desired a more full appearance to her breasts. We selected a moderate profile 640 cc soft touch implant placed partially underneath her pectoralis muscle through an incision underneath her breasts. She is shown at both 3 weeks and 2 months after surgery. At 3 weeks, the implant will appear high on her chest. At 2 months, the implant settles down more on her chest.
